E-7 visa salary income conditions

The second important thing is the pay condition. This is because it restricts giving high-quality visas such as E-7 to low-wage workers, and is only given to semi-professional level or higher with a certain salary or higher.

Therefore, according to the regulations, it is premised on receiving a salary of at least 80% of the GNI per capita income published by the National Statistical Office of Korea.

As of 2019, GNI is 37,356,000 won per year, and if 80% is applied to this, it is about 29,88,800 won per year, and when calculated as a monthly salary, it is approximately 2.5 million won.

In other words, in order to obtain an E7 visa, you must receive a monthly salary of 2,500,000 won or more and an annual salary of 31,130,000 won or more. (This criterion is for 2019 and is based on thinning in 2020. When applying in 2021, you must view the 2020 statistics.)

E-7 visa company conditions

The next important thing is related to the job you do at the company. Depending on what job you are doing, you may not be eligible for the E-7 visa.
