D10 korea visa E7 visa

E7 visa issuance requirements change from job search D10 visa

Foreigners who wish to change the E7 visa enter Korea with the D4 for training and change to the D2 visa to study abroad after completing the training. I am doing what I do.

A young young man who has gone through various things and has not lived a smooth life, has finished school and is currently taking interviews here and there.

As described above, we go through D-4, D-2, D-10, and each visa in order, and we are working hard to change to the E-7 visa, which is a high-end visa.

E7 visa change requirements

Unfortunately, the E7 specific activity visa is a requirement as well as a requirement of the company, more importantly.

Once you have signed an employment contract with the company, you must objectively explain why the company should hire the foreigner. You need to prepare related documents accordingly, and the educational background of the foreigner is important here.

High school graduates do not need to apply because they are not eligible, and only those who have obtained at least a two-year professional bachelor’s degree or a bachelor’s degree or higher.

E7 visa change Academic requirements Career requirements

The basic condition of E7 is a university graduate + 1 year of related field experience. In addition, a strict verification process is required for that career as well as a career certificate.

Fortunately, if you graduated from a university or vocational college in Korea and obtained a bachelor’s or professional bachelor’s degree, the career requirement is waived

My career requirements were solved because I studied hard and worked hard in Korea, and I obtained a professional bachelor’s degree. However, even if you are applying for a one-year course at a domestic university, in the case of a professional bachelor, you must get a job at a company that is related to your major. .

ㅇIf you graduated from a general four-year university and received a bachelor’s degree in maritime science, there are no restrictions on majors and related fields. However, in the case of a two-year professional bachelor, even if you have obtained a professional bachelor’s degree in Korea, you must work in your major and related fields.

E-7 visa salary income conditions

The second important thing is the pay condition. This is because it restricts giving high-quality visas such as E-7 to low-wage workers, and is only given to semi-professional level or higher with a certain salary or higher.

Therefore, according to the regulations, it is premised on receiving a salary of at least 80% of the GNI per capita income published by the National Statistical Office of Korea.

As of 2019, GNI is 37,356,000 won per year, and if 80% is applied to this, it is about 29,88,800 won per year, and when calculated as a monthly salary, it is approximately 2.5 million won.

In other words, in order to obtain an E7 visa, you must receive a monthly salary of 2,500,000 won or more and an annual salary of 31,130,000 won or more. (This criterion is for 2019 and is based on thinning in 2020. When applying in 2021, you must view the 2020 statistics.)

E-7 visa company conditions

The next important thing is related to the job you do at the company. Depending on what job you are doing, you may not be eligible for the E-7 visa.

In addition, depending on the job type, the number of Korean employees employed by the company is also a screening requirement.

These various conditions must be reviewed by both the foreigner and the company concerned.

I hope there will be good results for those who have worked hard and studied hard.
